We help warehouses cover the shift: picking, packing, the dock, forklifts, night work. Three ways. In the first two we are the employer. In the third, you hire the person.
Licensed in Bulgaria: No. 3341/22, No. 3471/23, and temporary employment No. 513/25. Offices in Sofia and Plovdiv. We also cover other cities when the group is large enough to run properly.

The shift is either covered, or it is not.
That is why we ask for the city, the headcount and the hours. Then the answer is useful the same day.

Three services. The difference is who pays, and how long people stay.

Staff leasing
We employ the people and pay them. They work your shifts for as long as you have volume. You set an end date only if you need one.

Temporary staffing
We still pay them, but there is a start and an end. On the end date the crew leaves. The term is clear in the enquiry.

Direct recruitment
We search and check. You hire the person and you pay them. For roles you want to keep.
Which one do you need?
With leasing and temporary staffing the person is in your warehouse and we pay the wage. The difference is the term. If you are not sure which one fits, write to us and we will point you to the right one.

Job ads in Bulgaria also call this “personnel leasing” or “outsourcing”. It means the same thing here: we employ the people, they work at your site.
Roles
Who we can provide
Order picker
Picks orders from a list or a scanner. For days when the order volume jumps.
Packer
Packs, labels and gets the parcel ready. The point is not mixing orders.
Loading dock
Loading and unloading pallets. We look for people who have actually worked a dock.
Goods in
Meets the truck, counts, and checks that what arrived is what the paperwork says.
Stock count
A weekend or a night when the warehouse has to be counted without stopping Monday dispatch.
Forklift driver
With a licence. We ask which truck they drove last, not only whether they “have a card”.

People
We call people who have done this work. A forklift role needs a licence.

First day
You show them the warehouse. We stay on the phone if someone does not show up.

After that
On leasing and short-term work we replace absences. On direct hiring we stay until the first day.
